Enmarcada por los cabos de San Antonio y de La Nao, la población de Jávea se extiende al norte de la Costa Blanca, bañada por el Mediterráneo y resguardada de los vientos continentales por la barrera montañosa del Montgó. A 14 Km. de la villa, existe una entrada a la Autopista A-7, que comunica Alicante con Francia y el resto de Europa. Las salidas de Ondara (62) o Benissa (63) nos permiten llegar a Jávea y a 6 kms. del centro de la villa, se conecta con la carretera nacional N-332.
Además dispone de una estación de ferrocarril de vía estrecha (FEVE) a tan solo 5 km. en Gata de Gorgos (población vecina) que realiza la línea Alicante-Dénia. Completa los servicios de comunicación una parada de autobuses con la línea Alicante-Valencia.

Surrounded by the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, the town of Jávea stretches to the north of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and sheltered from the continental winds by the Montgó mountain. It has a varied landscape, both on the coast and just inland and a mild climate all year round. Due to Jávea's careful urban planning, it is able to offer a wide choice for tourists while maintaining all its charm of a fishing village of days gone by.
Jávea has been declared one of the most beneficial areas in which to live due to its climate and optimum quality of life by the World Health Organisation.
Besides that, Jávea is a small location with a marked cosmopolitan character bought with the fusion of cultures and nationalities of those who have chosen Jávea as their home or holiday place. There are now almost 30,000 habitants, 53% of which are of other nationalities, predominantly English, German and Dutch.

Jávea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, less than an hour from the international airports of Alicante and Valencia which have daily flights from the main European cities.
It is 14 Kms from the AP7 arterial motorway that links Alicante with France and the rest of Europe. The exits at Ondara (62) and Benissa (63) give access to Jávea. The town is also connected to the N-332 main road.
In addition, there is a railway station (FEVE) only 5 kms away in the neighbouring town of Gata de Gorgos, on the Alicante-Dénia line. An Alicante-Valencia bus service completes the excellent communications.
It is now possible to buy an individual plot of land on the Villes del Vent Urbanisation, on which you can build your own villa or one of our models. The plots that are for sale all have the necessary building paperwork and infrastructure in place. The swimming pools are currently being built on all plots in phase 2 that have one. All houses have now received the first coat of paint inside and out. All the access staircases to the plots/houses are finished. Il y a 6 ans, un groupe de Professionnels eurent une illusion:
' l'illusion de bâtir les maisons dont nous avons tous rêvé un jour...
Et ils se mirent à l'½uvre.'
